Ancient studies
The aim of this certificate is to introduce students to the study of cultures of the ancient world, especially of Egypt and Greece, with particular emphasis on critical understanding of the archaeological and cultural sources by which these cultures are known to us.
To complete the certificate (120 credits) you must gain a minimum of 60 credits in at least two ancient studies subjects, with the remaining 60 credits from courses in any subject of your own choice.
