We wanted to develop a resource tailored to the varying abilities of introductory science students,
and make it relevant for them by using data in a familiar context that they can relate to.
Previous studies show online tutorials improve comprehension.  But given that students are often anxious about statistics, in our evaluation we also wanted to find out if students felt more confident after using these tutorials-increase confidence in future courses.
