Biography

Ryan is a Research Associate within the Health Economics and Health Technology Assessment research group, which resides within the School of Health and Wellbeing.

With a background in computer science and software engineering Ryan has excellent programming skills, matched by his excellent transferable and research skills making him a well rounded researcher.

Research interests

Ryan has a multidisciplinary research portfolio, with particular interests in data science, modelling, and application development. Ryan is a firm advocate of the FINDABLE, ACCESSIBLE, INTEROPERABLE and REPRODUCIBLE (FAIR) data principles and the translation of research into real world applications.
