Mindfulness Based Living

Mindfulness is about training the mind to live in the present moment as opposed to living life on autopilot ruminating or worrying, which can lead to stress, anxiety or depression. Mindfulness can improve emotional wellbeing, build resilience and strengthen our capacity to respond skilfully to life's challenges to lead healthier and happier lives. This course will introduce you to the theory and practice of Mindfulness, following the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC), with the aim to cultivate the development of a mindful approach to living.
