Kate McSkimming

‌Kate graduated with First Class Honours in Veterinary Physiotherapy from Harper Adams University in 2017. As part of the degree Kate was required to complete a year’s practical placement, which she carried out at the University of Glasgow Small Animal Hospital and Weipers Equine Centre during 2015-16. Kate returned to the Small Animal Hospital as junior veterinary physiotherapist following qualification in 2017. 

Kate is a member of the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP), treating a variety of animal species with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. Kate’s main interests lie in the small animal field, in particular, small animal neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation.  During her time at the Small Animal Hospital Kate has also developed a keen interest in feline physiotherapy.
