Research Interests

After 20 years in housing practice, research interests are closely tied to aspects of housing practice as well as broader issues of community, exclusion and housing market dynamics. More recent work has developed from early involvement in the English Housing Market Renewal programmes and includes recent major studies of the Private Rental Sector and investor markets for housing.
