Mapping place attachment: Towards a psychological approach to historic urban environment conservation in cities

Research summary

The research aims to investigate and spatially visualise the nature and intensities of urban residents’ emotional attachments to the historic environments they experience in their daily lives. The research takes Edinburgh as the case study area.
