2nd Year students receive lecture from Guide Dogs Scotland

The 2nd year Nursing & Healthcare students were delighted to receive a lecture from Guide Dogs Scotland. This training session aims to give a better understanding of the challenges people with a visual impairment face, and to improve confidence in supporting people who are blind or partially sighted, in an appropriate and safe way within the health environment.

Of course, the students also enjoyed meeting one of the guide dogs, Brontie.
