After completing my MRes in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Glasgow, I worked for 3 years at the BRC Phenotyping Hub, a core facility based at the University of Cambridge offering flow cytometry and cell sorting services. At the beginning of 2023, I started working in my current position of Flow Cytometry Support Technician at the Flow Cytometry Core Facility.

Research interests

While studying at the University of Glasgow I completed research projects that investigated the metabolism and DNA replication in Leishmania parasites. During my previous job I was able to assist researchers perform flow cytometry and cell sorting for studies that looked at stem cell biology, immune responses to Covid-19, and many other subject areas.
