Research interests

My research work involves understanding bio-molecular processes at nano-scale using micro and nano-engineered systems for the bio-medical applications. My research area includes developing CMOS and MEMS based devices for the point-of-care diagnostics, therapeutic drug monitoring, drug screening, non-invasive imaging and prosthetic applications.

Work spans following areas:

1) Development of CMOS based hand held device as a personal metabolome machine to detect and quantify multiple metabolites from human body fluid sample.

2) Monitoring of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and efficacy of antibiotics.
