BME Graduation !

The cohort of BEng and MEng students 2017 graduated on the 23rd of June 2017. This was the occasion to celebrate this great accomplishment with friends and family, but also to recognise specific outstanding achievements. The discipline handed out 7 prizes as follows.
As their local representative, Professor Liz Tanner OBE gave the Scottish Association of Metals Biomaterials Project Prize to Ms Katie Douglas.
The company Collagen Solutions also handed out the Best Final Year project to Sama.
Dr. Henrik Gollee, Head of the Discipline, gave out the overall Best Graduating Student prize, well-deserved by Stylianos Sarrigiannidis.
Dr. Gollee also handed out prizes for the Best Performing Student of each undergraduate years as follows :
Lisa Hemforth - 1st year
Giuseppe Ciccone, 2nd year
Jaime Robb, 3rd year
and finally Alistair McQueen, 4th year.
