Research title: Interregional graduates’ employment migration: A comparative study of Scotland and the Wuhan region in China
Research Summary
the research project attempts to better understand the migration intentions/ aspirations of graduate candidates. By a mixed-methods research design, it will be possible for researcher to explore where do the large number of graduates tend to go within China after they graduate from HEIs in Central China, what motivates their migration intention and understand their motivations through their decision making process and life experiences.
