Seamless Composition of Programming Frameworks
Research Summary
At present, app designers for web and mobile platforms are generally 'locked in' to a single framework for development and deployment. In addition, this choice of framework usually depends on the target platform, the libraries or extensions required, relevant security standards and licensing issues.
However, this research seeks to change this and will involve the creation of a high-level compiler and runtime system that enables universal integration of polyglot source components.
