Working in conjunction with CREATe at the University of Glasgow, CCPR is a part of the consortium led by NESTA which was recently appointed to run a new AHRC-funded UK Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre (PEC). Professor Philip Schlesinger and Professor Gillian Doyle, who are conducting research on emerging challenges and issues for audiovisual and creative industries, are Co-Investigators within the PEC which is funded as part of the AHRC Clusters programme and whose aim is to bring about a step change in the quality and quantity of evidence used to inform decision-making with respect to the creative industries.
