  • Enrolment: undergraduates must enrol in person to every class at the start of session. Information about when and where you should enrol will be posted closer to the start of session.
  • Email log-in
  • Facilities: Membership of the History of Art Resource Centre is open to all staff and students in the School and the TFTS Learning Resources Room is open to all TFTS students. The Music library, audio lab and practice rooms are only available to Music students.
  • Library:  Glasgow University Library
  • MyGlasgow: access all your University on-line services
  • Plagiarism: You must complete a Declaration of Originality for each item of assessed work, available on course Moodles. Please read the University's Statement on Plagiarism
  • Reading Lists: More information can be found at the Library website.
  • Session dates
  • Timetable information, course documents, etc., please go to your course Moodle.
  • WiFi: Eduroam is secure, world-wide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community. You can access it via laptop, mobile or tablet device. This also enables you to visit another participating institution and gain access to the Internet without having to register for another username and password. Please see IT Services for more information.

Help & Advice

  • Absence: If you are ill and miss a class, exam or submission, you must follow the regulations and submit a Good Cause Claim through MyCampus. Music students should visit Moodle for further information and guidance on the Music Absence Policy.
  • Announcements: you must check your student email or Moodle regularly for important announcements. Failure to do so may result in you missing vital information about exams, timetable changes, etc.
  • Funding: info on all the small bursaries and scholarship funding students in SCCA can apply for
  • Financefor help with managing your finances, from fees to financial support
  • How to cite references: advice from GU library on citations and referencing
  • IT Helpdesk
  • Policy on Student Surveys: this includes information on how approval should be sought by groups conducting surveys on students

If you are a Joint Honours student: you can do an Erasmus exchange, but only if there is an Erasmus agreement in place with your other subject. Your full programme of study must be agreed with all of your subjects.
