Nicola is a PhD candidate at the University of Glasgow. She is interested in studying the behaviour of people in organisations and how culture is created. Specifically in relation to her PhD research, Nicola is examining the relationship between organisational legacy and contemporary employee relations, and the subsequent impact on organisational trust.
Nicola is undertaking her PhD on a part time basis, whilst also working full time in a business specialist role.
