Hakem is a PhD researcher at Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. He holds MSc in Project Management, Finance and Risk from City, University of London. Hakem completed BSc in Business Administration from AI-Ahliyya Amman University with the first rank in the business school. This allowed him to be granted a full scholarship to continue his postgraduate studies. While in AI-Ahliyya Amman University, Hakem was honoured to be the representative of students in the university council for two consecutive years.
