Sustainability, consumption, learning, urban growing, food.
ESRC Doctoral Colloquium, Ethics in Consumption, October 2015.
Andreea is a PhD candidate at the University of Glasgow. She is interested in sustainability, the relationship we have with food in the context of an urban life and how food growing fits in with the rest of our understanding about food and consumption. She is also interested in how individuals engage with ethics in consumption. Prior to starting her PhD, she worked briefly in information provision on social care and in developing research on a social care topic where she was influenced in her thinking about reflexivity and co-production.
