Join us to find out how you can cut through enduring business issues and instil a productivity engine in your business.

Productivity transformation is achievable! This event will set out the tools you need to make changes and help you as you work out what productivity means for your business. The session will focus on practical solutions, allowing you to equip yourself with the knowledge to analyse and address problems you may encounter as your business grows.

This Masterclass will be led by Mark Logan, a global technology leader instrumental in the success of multiple start-ups including as COO of Skyscanner, one of Europe's most successful technology companies, where he was responsible for the general management of the business during a period of significant growth. Skyscanner is a metasearch engine and travel agency used by 100m people per month and the business was valued at $1.75bn in 2016.

Join Mark and the Productivity Institute team as we set out to maximise operational productivity – and keep it there!

Please note that this event may be recorded.
