Ailsa joined Tesco Bank at the end of 2015. She has responsibility for digital strategy and performance across Search, Content, Social, Programmatic, Affiliates and Direct to Customer Engagement. Prior to Tesco Bank, Ailsa was Head of International Marketing and PR at the Scottish Government, leading the development of content, social and influencer marketing across the USA and China. Ailsa was also responsible for developing international campaigns to support major events including the 2014 Ryder Cup, 2014 Independence Referendum and Commonwealth Games. Ailsa has developed her career in marketing and PR over 13 years with roles at Ernst & Young, Martin Currie and at Stripe Communications.
