UofG Hosts BPS Student Conference

The School of Psychology hosted a hugely successful British Psychological Society (BPS) Scottish Branch Undergraduate Student Conference at the University of Glasgow on Saturday 24 March.
The event welcomed nearly 400 final year Psychology students from across Scotland to present and discuss their dissertation projects with their peers.
Attendees enjoyed over 90 student presentations, keynote talks from eminent researchers in Psychology, a Futures and Careers Fair and an evening social event.
Prizes were presented for the best talks of the day in eight categories, with success for five UofG students:
- Rachel McCarney (Occupational)
- Plamena Lalova (Clinical)
- Beatrice Johnston (Social Perception)
- Maria Neagu (Cognitive)
- Amy Mckechnie (Qualitative)
