Dr Megan McMinn

Megan is a Research Associate in the Measurement and Analysis of Socioecnomic Inequalities in Health programme at the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit.
Currently, Megan is working on the Assessing non-response bias in Finnish register-based health survey data project, which aims to validate previously developed methodology used to adjust for non-participation bias in population estimates gained from surveys.
Megan recently completed her PhD exploring inequalities in mortality amenable to healthcare intervention in Scotland. This work involved the analysis of mortality and morbidity records, and made use of the Scottish Longtiudianal Study. Prior to this Megan completed her BSc (Hons) in Statistics and Masters of Public Health, both at the University of Glasgow.
