Enhancing Cohort, Survey and Routine Data Sources

Improving our understanding of human health depends on the exploitation of existing data.

One of our key aims is to maximise the use of existing routine, linked and population-sampled data sources. This will improve the return on the investment made in these resources.

We complement the developments in informatics and administrative infrastructure by enabling analysis of data through the development and application of dedicated methodology.

We are achieving synergy across different data sources by combining data from an array of cohort, survey and routine sources, and adding value by the novel use of multiple imputation. The validation of approaches is integral to this work.
