Biography

Jessica Moran's undergraduate degree was an MA Anthropology & Art History at the University of Glasgow, after which she worked in antiques. Jessica changed direction to complete her MSc Social Research at the University of Edinburgh in 2015 and since then she has worked on several projects related to parental leave and engaging with fathers. From August 2016 Jessica was the Research Officer for Future Pathways, a support fund for people abused or neglected while in care in Scotland. Jessica's PhD is funded by The MRC and Early Years Scotland, and her project will evaluate the work of Early Years Scotland in prisons with fathers, their children and families.
