Continuing Professional Development

HEHTA has a highly successful track record in delivering short courses to a global audience. Each year, our continuing professional development (CPD) courses attract research practitioners worldwide who want to learn about state-of-the-art methods in Health Technology Assessment (HTA). 

The following courses, which are modules of our MSc HTA, are currently being offered as non-accredited online distance learning (ODL):

Semester 1

Outcome Measurement and Valuation for HTA (20th September - 22nd October 2021)
HTA: Policy & Principles (20th September - 26th November 2021)
Qualitative Research Methods for HTA (1st November - 3rd December 2021)

Semester 2

HTA in a Global Context (10th January - 25th March 2022)
Survival Analysis for HTA (21st February - 25th March 2022)

Semester 3

Data Science (18th April - 1st July 2022)
Health Economics for HTA (18th April - 1st July 2022)

 

In addition, our new course 'Maximising the Value of Clinical Trial Data: [Advanced] Analysis for Economic Evaluation and Modelling' will run again in the first term of the 2021/2022 academic year.

This course will be delivered by world-class experts fully online over eight interactive sessions split across a three-week period from 3rd to 18th November 2021.
