MVLS fund to support talent mobility, knowledge exchange and skills training

MVLS is seeking to facilitate people exchange to enhance collaboration, skills training and knowledge exchange between academia and industry and has a fund specifically to support post-doctoral researchers

The College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences is seeking to facilitate people exchange to enhance collaboration, skills training and knowledge exchange between academia and industry.  The fund is specifically to support post-doctoral researchers (the fund is not open PhD or Master’s Students).

Examples of projects include:

  • Travel to and from industry
  • Travel to and from academia
  • Conference/events
  • Training activities for skills development

The fund can also support travel expenses from postdoctoral researchers from other academic institutions or industry to be hosted by the University of Glasgow. For a full list of guidelines associated with each project please see the “exchanges” section on the website.
