Are you a student/supervisor undertaking ‘lone-working’ research? ***Guidelines available!***

If you are a student or supervisor undertaking research that involves any aspect of ‘lone-working’ please ensure you are familiar with the guidelines. This helps reduce safety risks to students who may be: (i) attending participant homes on their own; (ii) attending other venues on their own; or (iii) working alone after-hours.

Safety for all students is a research priority. Please access the guidelines here.

Lone worker protection apps (e.g. CommuniCare) may be available for use. Students/staff should enquire with their local administrator about this.
