Age-inclusive workplaces

details All are welcome to join this webinar delivered by the Athena SWAN Wellbeing of Older Workers (WOW) group in conjunction with Age Scotland. It may be of particular interest to:

  • students and researchers with an interest in older workers
  • staff with line management responsibility for older workers
  • staff working in HR roles
  • older workers themselves
  • anyone who is interested in the changing demographics of the work place. 

WOW co-chairs Nicola McMeekin and Janet Bouttell will chair the webinar with Jonathan Parks and Mike Douglas from Age Scotland entitled Supporting an Ageing Workforce: how you can accelerate age inclusion. There will be a Q and A following the presentation.
