IMCSB Health and Well-being Website Launch

A new Health and Wellbeing section of the MCSB web page was launched on Monday 2nd March 2020, championed by Anne Ryan and Johanna Platt

The page will signpost to resources and current events happening within the Institute, College and University to help support staff and student wellbeing, and promote work life balance.

In time, we hope to build on this by offering events during the working day to the Institute, such as light gardening, desk yoga and talks on mindfulness.
