Research interests

Infectious disease epidemiology. 

My research uses modern statistical and genomic methods to understand the transmission, evolution and control of parasites. Currently funded by the Wellcome Trust to investigate the carcinogenic liver fluke Opisthorchis viverrini in Southeast Asia and develop evidence-based strategies for control.
