Microbial Communities

Microbial biofilm communities are important determinants of human and animal health. Pure and mixed microbial communities are able to persist within a range of clinically challenging ‌‌situations through their ability to adapt to resist environmental stressors. Understanding these processes and how microbial diversity influences our microbiome and drives antimicrobial resistance will ultimately help us improve clinical management
