Research interests

Interests include a focus on social factors which influence the adoption of low carbon digital innovations. I currently work on a project called ‘Social Influence and disruptive Low Carbon Innovations’, exploring how social networks, communication behaviour and information sources impact the uptake of a wide range of consumer-facing low carbon digital innovations e.g. peer-to-peer ride sharing, digital farmers markets, smart home technolgies.

Previous work has entailed a policy focus on the role of farm advice for the uptake of sustainable farming practices in the UK. Extensive knowledge of agri policy and farmer enegagement.
