The University is taking the opportunity to put a special focus on diversity with an exciting programme of events for Black History Month. Throughout October there will be opportunities to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Black History Month in the UK.

The University programme is varied and events are open to all. They include talks, film screenings and new for 2017 is a Diversity Book Group in the Library.  A highlight was the Annual James McCune Smith lecture, this year taking place on 17th October 2017.
