Student Flat

Description

Located, a short walk from SUERC, the flat has a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, two twin bedrooms and one single bedroom

Due to the multi-occupancy laws only one person can occupy each bedroom unless occupants are relatives.  Relatives planning to share a twin room should inform the Centre in advance of their intention.

We are able to provide bed-linen on loan on request.

Tarrif

For registered students we charge £15 per night or £75 per week. 

For non-students the rate is £80 per week (part weeks will be charged at the full weekly rate of £80). 

Bills should be settled before leaving SUERC.

Notes

The flat is maintained and equipped by SUERC.  Please respect the accommodation by leaving it in the state that you found it and do not remove utensils, fittings or furniture. 

The other local residents are permanent occupants. Please behave in a manner that will not compromise the relationship between SUERC and the local community.
