CSPE researchers and tech company Sublime are shortlisted in the Scottish Knowledge Exchange Awards in the "Powerful Partnership" category

CSPE researchers, Prof Fiona Macpherson and Dr Neil McDonnell, and tech company Sublime are shortlisted in the Scottish Knowledge Exchange Awards in the "Powerful Partnership" category for their work on their virtual reality teaching projects Mobius and Edify.

CSPE researchers, Prof Fiona Macpherson and Dr Neil McDonnell, and tech company Sublime are shortlisted in the Scottish Knowledge Exchange Awards in the "Powerful Partnership" category for their work on their virtual reality teaching projects Mobius and Edify. Mobius is a virtual reality teaching platform for teaching students in higher education simultaneously in a multi-person lab. Edify is a virtual reality teaching platform for teaching students using virtual reality by proxy. In this mode, only the teacher requires a virtual reality headset, and they broadcast their virtual reality expereince to students who watch on existing video conferencing platforms accessible on computers and mobiles, such as Zoom and Teams.
