Welcome to Helping Hands @ UofG

Helping Hands Club is a new inter-disciplinary initiative to unite students to work towards realizing affordable smart prostheses by applying the skills which they are learning as a part of their university curriculum. This initiative has been started from The Chancellor’s Fund. By getting involved, the students will get hands-on experience in 3D designing, 3D printing, 3D scanning, other rapid prototyping, electronics, programming, networking, communication, leadership, and teamplaying skills.

Helping Hands Club also aims to make the prosthetics more smarter by including electronic sensors in it.Please read The Chancellor’s Fund Newsletter for more details.
