Research title: Legislative Change to the Private Rented Sector

Research Summary

My research is interdisciplinary and is investigating the impact the Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016 has had on the private rented sector within Scotland using quantitative methods. The PhD is a collaboration between Urban Big Data Centre (UBDC), the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE) and the Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe).

I also previously volunteered for a Law Clinic, where I provided housing-related advice to private and social rented tenants.
