Research title: Invariant State Estimation and Differential Geometry in Future Target Tracking Algorithms

Research Summary

My primary interest is in modern state estimation and deep learning approaches for sightline stabilisation of precision pointing systems for target tracking scenarios. For engagements where only noise-corrupted bearing measurements are available, I aim to develop methods for reducing errors associated with tracking highly maneouvrable targets using classical and modern control methods along with controllers designed using physics-based reinforcement learning and geometric methods in deep learning.
