Research title: Does gaining, changing or losing green space in the city affect community mental health? With a specific focus on deprived communities.
Hannah graduated from Lancaster University in July 2018 with a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Geography. Hannah joined the unit in September 2018 on a 1+3 studentship, which involved completing a Masters in Public Health (MPH) at the University of Glasgow. Hannah is now undertaking a PhD, exploring which health conditions are key barriers to green space use and which factors may encourage people with different health conditions to use green spaces more often. Hannah is conducting her research as part of the Places and Health Programme at the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit.
