Guidelines on How to Pay or Appeal a Parking Charge Notice (PCN)

How to Pay a Parking Charge Notice (PCN)

A PCN is payable at the rate of £60.00. It must be paid no later than 28 days after it is issued.

If payment is received up to 14 days after a PCN is issued, a reduced amount of £30.00 will be accepted in a full and final settlement.

Payments must be made to the Creditor at the address specified below, by one of the following payment methods:

  1. By debit/credit card, by calling 03333 051518
  2. By Cheque/Postal Order, made payable to 'University of Glasgow, PO BOX 1049, Northampton, NN4 4DZ'
  3. Online, at https://parking.gla.ac.uk

All postal payments MUST be accompanied by the PCN number and the Vehicle Registration Number. You are advised to send postal payments by recorded delivery

Payments unaccompanied by the PCN Number and the Vehicle Registration will be cashed, but the creditor will be unable to allocate the payment to the correct PCN.

The PCN will, therefore, remain unpaid and enforcement action will be taken. This will result in additional costs being incurred.

Failure to pay this charge may result in further enforcement action and may incur additional costs again.
