We are back on campus!
The Fraser Building has now reopened for student access with a number of social distancing measures and service changes to allow us to operate safely on the campus. Access to the building is now restricted to students who have booked an appointment through the helpdesk to see the SSET team or to collect requested documents.
All document requests should be made online via the UofG Helpdesk.
If you submit a request to collect your document in person then you will sent a confirmation informing you to book a time slot to come and collect. The collection point for documents is now on level 1 of the Fraser Building.
We advise students that if your issue can be resolved online via the UofG Helpdesk, to submit an enquiry online as due to the goverment guidelines our ability to see high volumes of students on campus has been reduced.
PERSONAL INFORMATION UPDATES
Updating your date of birth
Submit an Update Personal Information Request form on the UofG Helpdesk and attach a copy of your birth certificate or passport with your correct details and we will update this for you.
Changing your name
Submit an Update Personal Information Request form on the UofG Helpdesk and attach a copy of any official documentation with your correct details and we will update this for you.
Changing your gender
Submit an Update Personal Information Request form on the UofG Helpdesk.
To verify your identity, we will ask for identification in your new chosen name or gender. If you cannot provide this, you can make a declaration in writing using the Gender Change Form
