The university has published extensive advice and guidance for students and staff who are looking to find out more about the measures and restrictions currently in place across campus.

Support and Wellbeing
There are also a number of support services available to students. All students have access to Togetherall, a safe space online to get things off your chest and learn how to improve and manage your mental health and wellbeing.

You can self-refer to Counselling and Psychological Services via their website for one-on-one support.

The Students’ Representative Council have created the Look After Yourself Guide and an Isolation Toolkit to offer help all students with mental health and wellbeing.

UofG Sport have many virtual classes available everyday if you would like to take an online class. Exercise is also important to your mental health and wellbeing.
