Call for Dissertations on Adam Smith Student Day

Published: 18 May 2023

We're inviting graduates who have submitted dissertations to present their research to a wide audience at The Adam Smith Tercentenary Dissertation Exposition.

You may have heard about the many upcoming events to celebrate the 300th anniversary of Adam Smith's birth, and this is your chance to get involved. The event is now completely sold out.

We now invite graduates who have submitted dissertations to present their research to a wide audience at The Adam Smith Tercentenary Dissertation Exposition. If you are confident in your research and are interested in going on into your research, this is an opportunity not to be missed to meet your future supervisors and other professionals. Once your dissertation has been selected, workshops and other academic assistance will be provided to help you better complete your presentation.

To apply for this opportunity, you should submit your dissertation with a separate introduction explaining the content of your dissertation and why it deserves to be more widely introduced to your peers, professionals, and research academics, which may include your innovative findings, your unique understanding of a theory, etc. It would be perfect to connect your dissertation and Adam Smith in the introduction.

In addition to the opportunity to receive professional guidance and the chance to interact with academics, you will also be presented with a certificate to boost your experience and CV!

Time of the Debate: 9th June 2023 10:00- 11:30 AM
