Information for Demand Managed Funding Calls
What are demand managed calls?
Demand managed calls are funding calls which state an institutional cap on applications. Due to the restrictions on the number of applications that the University can submit, there is a triage process for each demand managed call.
Current University demand managed funding calls are:
- Rosetrees
- Philip Leverhulme Prize
- UKRI FLF
- AXA Chair
- Blavatnik
- Leverhulme Research Centres
- Leverhulme International Professorships
Who is responsible for the management of the process for these applications?
Research and Innovation Services (R&IS) are responsible for managing the process of all demand managed calls within the University. A timeline of dates when these calls are generally announced can be found here: Timeline and Table for DM Calls. Please note that all dates are subject to change when the funder anounces the call.
