Help is at hand throughout the exam period - it's a student-led campaign. 27 November - 15 December.

Exam De-Stress is the University of Glasgow’s student-led campaign, brought to you by all four student bodies on campus, writes Lauren McDougall, Vice President (Student Support), Students’ Representative Council.

27 November - 15 December

We’re here to support you throughout the exam period with a range drop-in events aimed at reducing stress. These include the ever popular therapy dogs with Paws Against Stress at both the SRC and the QMU, Muay Thai Punch Pad sessions from GUSA, Creative Writing for Mindfulness at the GUU and lots of screenings of relaxing films and shows including Blue Planet II at the SRC and Hairspray at the QMU!

Check out the Look After Yourself at Glasgow University Facebook page where we'll be posting exam tips and advice on looking after yourself throughout the exam period and where you can see the full events line-up.

Last but not least we will have a stall on Level 3 of the Library between 12-2pm every Tuesday and Wednesday throughout the campaign, starting on 28 November, so come chat to us and pick up a free de-stress pack with lots of goodies to help you relax.

All the best, Lauren
