Erasmus+ programme, are you in or out? Equally we want to hear from you.

Erasmus+ programme, are you in or out? Equally we want to hear from you.

On behalf of the Directorate-General for Education Youth Sport and Culture of the European Commission we are inviting you, to participate in the Erasmus+ Higher Education Impact Study, a European-wide study on the impact of Erasmus+ on higher education institutions & individuals.

In 2014, the European Commission published the Erasmus Impact Study (EIS), which contained detailed statistics on how Erasmus made a difference to the employment, development and life prospects of Erasmus participants.

Statistics from the EIS have been used in the Erasmus+ 30th anniversary infographics, and the National Agency have been drawing upon them to communicate the positive effects of the programme to the UK Government, with the UK’s long term future in the programme and its successor due to be decided in the Article 50 negotiations.

The second Erasmus+ Impact Study (EIS+) in higher education is now launched. Though the results of the study may not be published for a few years, it is very important that every UK Higher Education Institution responds to the survey. The target groups for the survey are:

  • Future mobile Erasmus+ participants (i.e. students who have been selected for an Erasmus+ study grant but have not started their mobility yet) should follow this link to the survey. (Download)
  • Non-mobile students, academic and non-academic staff in your institution should follow this link to the survey. (Download)

Should you have any questions about the survey, please address them to the project coordinator CHE Consult GmbH at eisplus@che-consult.de.

Should you have any questions about the Erasmus+ programme, please contact Céline Reynaud in the Study Abroad and Exchange team at Celine.Reynaud@glasgow.ac.uk .
