Staff and students have been beating off the Winter blues by joining the UofG Sport Daily Mile.

The Scotland wide Daily Mile initiative started at a Primary School in Stirling in 2015 and has now expanded right across the country. The UofG's participation makes it one of the biggest (and one of the first Universities in the country) to run this for staff and students.

UofG Sport have a variety of routes mapped out to get people outside and clocking up their daily mile. Each day's mile leaves from somewhere different: it might be the Main University Building or Stevenson Building or another University landmark. Day by day UofG Sport are building up a timetable of routes to encompass the whole campus, including Garscube and Tay House.
