Message from Lesley Cummings, Head of Performance, Pay and Reward

Dear Colleagues,

As we move into the last two weeks before PDR 2017 closes, I make a final request of all staff to ensure they complete their Personal Development Review in advance of the deadline of Tuesday 31 October.

63% of staff have started reflecting on their own individual contributions to our shared University goals and on their personal development aims over the preceding year, and 95% of colleagues have set new objectives. A positive 26% of staff have now completed their 2017 Performance Development Review in full.

Can I make a final request that all staff who have yet to finalise their PDR for this year do so in advance of the deadline of Tuesday 31 October.

You can find guidance on accessing your online PDR, alongside further handy hints and online training modules on our PDR webpages.

Once you have completed your form, please ensure you flag to your Line Manager it is ready for them to review, as the simplification of the system means there is no longer an alert for this in place.
