PDR 2017

The deadline for completion of your Performance and Development Review is 30 October.

Since PDR 2017 opened in May, many staff have begun reflecting on their own individual contributions to our shared University goals, and on their personal and career development aims, writes Lesley Cummings, Head of Performance, Pay and Reward.

We are delighted that, to date, 91% of staff have input their objectives in the system, 41% have begun their reflection and overview, and nearly 10% have now fully completed their PDRs for this year.

We now extend a further invitation to all staff who have not yet completed this process to undertake their PDR – which covers the usual period of 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017 – prior to the deadline of 30 October 2017.

You can find guidance on accessing your online PDR, alongside further handy hints and online training modules on our PDR webpages.

Once you have completed your form, please ensure you flag to your Line Manager it is ready for them to review, as the simplification of the system means there is no longer an alert for this in place.
