New employee assistance provider

PAM Assist offer a 24-hour, 365-day confidential telephone and face-to-face counselling service, which is free of charge for all University employees.

PAM key fobWe are delighted to announce that PAM Assist are our new Employee Assistance Provider, writes Selina Woolcott, Director - Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

They offer a 24-hour, 365-day confidential telephone and face-to-face counselling service, which is free of charge for all University employees, as well as providing access to extensive self-help resources.

PAM Assist’s services are delivered by fully accredited counsellors and provide personal support and practical assistance to help staff through difficult and challenging times, both at work and in their personal lives. All face-to-face counselling can be provided in Glasgow, although alternative arrangements will usually be possible  for our other Scottish sites outside Glasgow, if preferred

Key fobs

Keyfobs with the PAM phone number and login details for self help resources will be distributed to staff shortly. If you do not receive one within 2 weeks and would like one, please contact Debbie Beales (Debbie.Beales@glasgow.ac.uk; 0141 330 2563) who will send you a fob through internal mail.
